I'm only posting pictures today; I'm holding off on narrative because I need to spend this quiet time grading and prepping for classes. Lauren Clay spent the night with her Grandaddy and Grandmother last night. She hung out there for dinner so we could watch Thursday's episode of LOST. We ended up deciding to let her stay the night, so we've had a very quiet Saturday morning with only one child around. She'll be home within the hour because mom and dad are off to the movies. I can hear John in the bedroom playing guitar ("buitar") while he has a chance to practice without Lauren Clay's perpetual experiment of how well various household objects work as picks.
